Pain & Peace Cycles

Women in Ministry Workshop

Have any of these crossed your mind?

Why can’t I stop being so frustrated at work or at home?… I keep just letting people make decisions and have a hard time speaking up for myself… I keep finding myself unable to trust others so I push them away… I trust too easily and feel insecure about myself…

If you’re like me, or human, you can sometimes (or often) find yourself in the same patterns of familiar feelings or behaviors you’d rather not feel or do…

In this next workshop, we will:
  • Discuss attachment and how it influences the messages we tell ourselves
  • Find out more about what pain and peace cycles are
  • Learn more of your own pain and peace cycles
  • Review ways to practice using this new insight with others
For the last few years, I have hosted women in ministry workshops, but because this is such a relational topic (our pain cycles hit others’ pain cycles, and so on), I’ve decided to open up this workshop to both men and women. Bring your partner, your co-workers, friends, and/or family members (18 or older)! If you are all ready to share and learn more about each others’ motivations and fears (because it takes some vulnerability there), I cannot tell you how much this will deepen the level of closeness and synergy in your workplaces and relationships.

Pain and Peace Cycles Workshop

Saturday, May 18, 9:30-11:30am

Venue: 2650 Melbourne Drive, San Diego, CA 92123

Fee: $70

I hope to see you there! This is not a therapy group, so you will not have to share your insights with others unless you want to. You don’t need to be in full-time ministry to attend.

If you are in need of financial assistance, please email me ([email protected]). There may be funds to help supplement the cost for you and others in full-time ministry (and family members)!
